Yes I do remember you. I have read a lot of your posts but recently been so overwhemed by the day job that my hours on line have been too much observer.

I hope that you are well? Adland is still the best, it has so many features that I have not yet used.

My friend Judy is a gem. Judy has pulled me back up when I have weakened.

I frequently help folk with depression problems so I know just how to be positive and motivate myself but, on the odd occassion, when things go wrong, I get a dip and shout HELP, guess who is there?.. Judy. Love you Judy.

This has been a mega-busy week. My wife has planned a big party for my 60th birthday and somehow I have got involved in sorting out practical thinghs in house and garden for the day. My eldest granddaughter is going to stay next Friday to help, we will share some mischief. We are like Laurel and Hardy so they had all better watch out.

Because I have been so busy I haven't been in touch with Andy and have heard nothing. I hope things are o.k.?
