Love yourself!   How many of us can really say we love ourselves?  You know you really can't love anyone else until you love yourself first.  You have to believe in yourself so much that no matter what anyone else says or thinks about you, you have to have a very strong feeling you are the best.  No one will ever put you down, you won't let them.  Because you know in your heart you truly love yourself, you know it and you feel it. 

Knowledge is food for the soul!  You can never learn enough no matter how old you are.  Everyday there is something to learn.  Learning makes your mind strong and makes you a better person.   You can handle life better in a stressfull situation and it is knowledge that no one can take from you, you earned it and it is yours to keep.
