CONGRATULATIONS on being honored for outstanding performance as one of this week's STARS.  Sounds like you kept your eyes on your Goals and persisted until you are now well on your way.  This is an admirable attribute for which we should all continue to strive.

Congrats Robert!  You have an admirable amount of motivation and determination to stick with it for so long with all the discouraging remarks you received.  You definitely deserve to be in this week's Parade of Stars!
