Keep up the good work of getting positive thoughts out there and letting everyone know how important positive thinking is and what power it has on the mind and body. Your body is always listening to what you are saying to yourself. If you tell yourself I feel lousy today, It' s raining outside, I feel fat today! How are you going to feel about yourself and the day? It dosen't make you feel great. Reverse the negitive thoughts with positive ones. Positive thoughts make you feel stronger, happier, gives you self-esteem. Learn to love yourself. You are a great and valuable person. Tell yourself positive statements everyday. You'll grow stronger in mind and spirit.
