I read somewhere that the ancient Mayans drank their hot cocoa without any sweetner and with coffee and hot pepper to flavor it as well! So, I tried a bit of pure cocoa in slightly sweetened coffee and then I added a good fresh paprika! it is very tasty! But - there's no guarantees as to the health benefits for that recipe...
