Hi Bogdan,

Thanks for bringing us these nuggets of wisdom.

If we blame everyone else that is like admitting that things will not get corrected. Those who think that other people will make the changes we expect, are doomed to disappointment.

But if we acknowledge our major part in our own mistakes and failures then something can be done to make the future better than the past.

In the end, the only person we can really change is ourselves and that all starts with the right positive attitude.

This is a great quote--people waste too much time trying to fix blame when something goes wrong. This is a problem in every workplace! Fixing blame doesn't solve problems! Admit your mistakes, fix the problems, then move on!  Fixing blame wastes time, time is money!
