I find I have so much on my plate, so much information about the business to become familiar with that I have little time at the moment to check out the links you send. I do find your support priceless. but for now my focus is becoming clued up with the business. I find printing out hard copies of the quickstart pages useful, for study offline. perhaps others might too. You can count on me. I am in for the long haul.   I understand fully, my entire team has been upset by this because several of us have been working on training one on one. Your forum here is exactly what Mary said to do in the mean time is to improvise and create your own system. Every affiliate gets the e-mail address of their 1st level sent to them, so asking your 1st tier to sign up for a responder or be added to a e-mail list is not unreasonable, and takes the pressure off them.

  The main concern arose out of the fact the members were not able to stop messages on demand without stopping all messages from corperate too. That created a liability for IYN. As long as each individual has a choice to not recieve your mailings, you have more freedom using your own system anyhow.

  I also agree that the ability to share promotion tools as well as the ideas is benificial, many members don't know much about successful promoting, or where to advertise, some are in their very first venture. Without our help these folks will be stuck in 4 lower return traffic exchanges and fighting every other IYN affiliate to pull members from them. The training on site is not the best, and you and I both know it takes more eliments than traffic exchanges alone to make for a great promotion.

I am glad to see you have taken initiative and are jumping in and finding other ways to help your team. You do a great job Kathy, and Aaron too.

Aaron and I really take pride in our work as networkers,we teach people how to network correctly.Networking and all our businesses are are pride and Joy.We love what we do,We are so busy  but we continue to stay dedicated to all the people in our downlines and in our other ventures. We are swamped at times but we are very devoted to helping others become successful and guiding them on the right path.
People have written me so much today ,they are unhappy but I tell them I will not let this become a set back that we will continue on as we are I just will have to work individually to send them there daily or morning tasks.

We have become great friends with alot of our downlines. we talk on the phone and we help everyone.
 Aaron and I believe in what we are doing with our people and we will not let any one or anything get into the way of helping others.
