I feel that Social Networking really is where the internet is going to really boom!  It'll be intersting to see how it blossoms and changes.  And you're very correct.......PEOPLE WANT TO BE THERE!  I think it is largely because they can have control over their "space".  It's kind of like decorating your house or something.   They take some sort of "ownership" and it becomes them.

But yes, SE placement and PPC have become very old shoe.....and with the # of websites out there now adays - and the number that continue to surface on a daily basis - it really is somewhat of a waste of time to try to achieve a #1 with the 300lb gorilla.  Not to say that some sort of SEO shouldn't be done.....just that people don't need to focus only on trying to get that #1 spot.....Google changes the rules way too often and the algorythmns are hurendous to deal with!  Not to mention that thanks to Google....PPC has become way too expensive and your ROI isn't worth the investment anymore.  People seem to shy away from clicking on the "paid sponsored" ads anymore anyways.......

Actually Organized Enterprise belongs to 3, my co/worker John Boyed fellow brother in Christ and his partner Jimbo i call em. so its a combination of us.
