	Hello Dan, Thank you, but When someone asks you a question why on earth would we ever ask are you going to get mad??We are adults,I thought if someone asks your thought on things you need to tell them with out them getting offended. Why do people ask if they do not want to hear what is real?? Please if any one asks me anything I am going to state my preferrence.So beware. You ask you will recieve.!!!! 	That's the guy! Phil is the man! Thanks Brian! :) I get the feeling from most people that when they are asked "Hows it working for you?", it is perceived as a challenge. Most people will become defensive simply because they don't know how to answer the question without giving away the inevitable.... If it isn't working, they are not happy to be asked. If it is, they will be excited and thank you for asking. So, anyone can ask me "Hows it working for you?", because I will be more than happy (feelings) to tell you all about it (facts). ~ There is also the consideration of language barriers. Maybe that phrase translates differently between the languages and cultures.

	The phrase, "My mind's made up, don't confuse me with the facts" has always caught my attention. This phrase applies to almost every aspect of marketing as we see happening here at AdlandPro. Politics is also an area in which it applies.

	We love you too Kathy! You know we can send something to the moon. That's a long way. But, it is almost impossible to send something between the ear and the brain. That's only inches!
