Love the Simon Cowell comments - I have to let you in on a secret - he is a really nice guy - I met him once at a recording and was all prepared to be very snooty with him, but he was so nice.  He was in the audience with his girlfriend and he had come to see his then new band "El Divo" perform on the show that Donny was hosting over here in the UK.

Mind you, I do believe when he says what he means, that is not false - but some of the bag guy image isn't true BUT it works and gives good ratings don't you think.

OK as for firing my Boss Robert, can't do that, cos that would be me :) and in my 40's I finally kind of like me :)

Yes this game is fun but also a great way to get to know people..

To let you know I have two children, 19 year old Laura, 10 year old Jonathan (or JJ as we call him) and one Grandchild, 10 month old Damien who is a right little charmer.

Hummmmmm am I new to Marketing - I will presume you mean less than a year - so have to say no, been doing this online and off for about 3 years, still learning all the time though.

OK going to throw a possibly difficult one in here (unless your from the UK LOL ) but it will be amusing to see if my American friends know what I mean (I love the differences in our language sometimes, very amusing, so you can also tease me if you want, I don't mind).
