Don't laugh, but there might be something to this.  I just read a little bit of the site and saved it for more thorough reading later.

All I know is that a very wise man once told someone I know who had deep cracks on their feet that would not heal no matter what they used, either natural or pharmaceutical medicines to pee on their feet and that urine was nature's own medicine and everybody had their own individual kind.  (I don't believe I am posting about this.)

Feet healed.  This person pees on their feet regularly and their feet are perfect.
