There is the equivalent of between 80 and 100 cherries per fluid ounce of Immunotec Tart Cherry Juice.   The ORAC value of a serving of fresh fruits and vegetables is 800 so one serving (1 oz.) of the Tart Cherry Juice is equal to more than 6 servings of fruits.  It will also help you sleep better and feel less achy.
