Hello my friend,
With comments ans stories sharing with one another it really helps,
let me tell you a story, this is tough love which I was coordinater for, it applies to all.

My son was very responsible but alittle on the wild side,m great kid never really did anything wrong, well he knew all my rules and never broke them we just had  a understanding the consequences.
well one night he didnt come home at his curfew, i was so worried because he never came home,i thought he was dead or something terrible had happened, well the later it got the worried i became, i stayed up all night, i never was felt worried like that ever, well he even had cell phone,no call, well the next day he came home in afternoon and now i was mad,

he was just hanging out with his friend, he just chose to not call  his friends at that moment was more important so needless to say, i told him i would never stay up all night and worry ewhere he was that i told him either go live with one of your friends or move out or go into the service. he chose to go into the army. it was a great learning experience for him.
so whether it is a husband, wife or child there is reaction to every action.

Kathy, You have reminded me of an almost simular incident with my first born Son. He was 15 Years old at the time and he did that same thing to me. He never came home at the required curfew time. I had the lights out, waiting and watching out the door and was very angry and Praying very hard that he was ok and for God to take away my anger.

Well,  I waited up, worrying he was in a gutter or fight and couldnt move or what. But I was also angry because I knew he was with some people I did not approve of. So then,, then He slowly came in the door. And I Picked him up off the floor with one hand by the collar and held him up against the wall. I said to him, "If you ever do this again, You can live out there for good.". Then all the strength that I some how had gotten at that precise moment, went limp. My Anger was gone and I began to cry. To say the least,, My son is now 34 years old and we talk about this at get togethers. He says he had never seen Mom so strong and Angry and He NEVER stayed out like that again.

Pewww! What an experience. And what God gives us when we need it,,We shall never understand.

Peace, Sharon

From Kathy H. Forum.......

The Secret

One day, one friend asked another,

"How is it that you are always so happy?

You have so much energy,

and you never seem to get down."

With her eyes smiling, she said,

"I know the Secret!"

"What secret is that?"

To which she replied,

"I'll tell you all about it,

but you have to promise to

share the Secret with others."

"The Secret is this:

I have learned there is little I can do

in my life that will make me truly happy.

I must depend on God to make

me happy and to meet my needs.

When a need arises in my life,

I have to trust God to supply

according to HIS riches.

I have learned most of the time

I don't need half of what I think I do.

He has never let me down.

Since I learned that 'Secret', I am happy."

The questioner's first thought was,

"That's too simple!"

But upon reflecting over her own life

she recalled how she thought a bigger house

would make her happy, but it didn't!

She thought a better paying job

would make her happy, but it hadn't.

When did she realize her greatest happiness?

Sitting on the floor with her grandchildren,

playing games, eating pizza or reading a story,

a simple gift from God.

Now you know it too!

We can't depend on people to make us happy.

Only GOD in His infinite wisdom can do that.

Trust HIM!

And now I pass the Secret on to you!

So once you get it, what will you do?

UNKNOWN- Many blessings to you in your life
