Orange Teriyaki Beef Dinner 1/2 Cup Orange Juice 1/4 Cup Teriyaki sauce (or soy sauce) 1/4 cup packed brown sugar 3 cloves garlic, sliced thin 1 teaspoons grated orange peel 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional) 1/4 cup sliced green onions Gently saute ingredients together. Add 1 pack of Teriyaki Beef Jerky (or Buffalo), simmer for 10 minutes. Make 4 servings of brown or wild rice. Spoon meat and sauce over rice and garnish with a steamed veggie of your choice like broccoli or asparagus. Enjoy !
