About my new venture; my husband and I have begun doing some research on vitamins, etc... In order, that, now in our late 40's aahmmm.... we want to start taking better care of ourselves, etc...etc... We all know eating right or should I say correctly is a part, as well as exercise, but some of us who haven't been doing any of that need a boost...lol So, we've been doing some research in our spare time.  More at a later time...

I haven't seen you for a loooong time!  I'm glad you stopped by here and my Whammy forum.  I take a vitamin everyday, actually a kids chewable vitamin!  Sometimes calcium also, but I forget to take that one most of the time, I really should because women lose lots of our own body's calcium from pregnancies, the babies absorb it all for themselves.  I think you're in a very solid and long-term area there with health products!
