I also saw where you mentioned the word " friends " in your last reply.
I was just reading over AMI'S MARKETING MANUAL and on page 11, I found this quote:
Page 11
" Note: Be their friend as an honest gesture, not just to get their business. Your greatest treasure in business is the same one in life - your friends. "
