Several months ago, along with several hundred other media professionals, I took part in a weekend Media Seminar. This was where world wide professionals shared with us, a marvelous marketing tool that was jammed packed with a treasure chest of information about marketing, advertising, how to create the foundations for producing ad copy, the basic foundations for training sales teams, and even how to conduct off line field studies that could benefit any business, on line of off.
All in one publication, not ten !
This wealth of information motivated me to the point of approaching the facilitators of the seminar, and after two days of meeting with them, I purchased the copyright to what is now AMI's MARKETING MANUAL. At that time I was thinking, “ those inside ALP will love this. They need this information. “
For an entire two months after the seminar, I contracted with others in the media where we sat down, updated a few elements and spoke with those who operate successful businesses here on the Internet; we also made contact with those in film industry, to gain data as to how they market and advertise.
Not with-standing is the information we were afforded from those in the print media where we were able to devote many pages about this advertising medium.
After it was completed and ready for release, a sales page was established and all other elements to enact the sale of this marketers study guide.
Several weeks ago, I decided to offer the manual at a 50% savings because of what it could offer those here inside ALP and other communities; this marketing manual is yet another way to understand one more facet of the entire advertising and marketing industry, on line and off.
At the end of February, AMI's Marketing Manual goes into hard cover for the full price and we already have a few stores for pre-orders lined up.
This past weekend, my company reps decided that we could enact a greater good through this Marketing tool. So, yesterday, it was released that AMI's Marketing Manual is being designated to assist in raising funds for Pediatric Cancer Research. For every manual sold, we will donate $5 to pediatric cancer research. Accordingly, we will match all money raised.
After February 14, 2007, I will present those funds raised in a public news event. It would be wonderful to name this business community as that entity that in a unified and fraternal spirit, stepped forward and assisted this effort,
