Hello Kathy,

This guy sure gets around because I have spoken
with him lots of times.  When I was changing our
service plans with different companies he was working
for all the different companies.

I asked him which State he lived in and he told me
he lived in India he was not in America at all but
working for a American Companies in Customer
Service!!
