Nice...thanks for the quote, I can use it right now:-) We are currently undoing some trouble created by our home builder. Slow, thoughtful, methodical, and deliberate. Undo trouble but take care...don't rush to judgement. It is a pretty good world...let's make it greener and happier:-)
