Although I am not a subscriber to Veretekk, I understand that it comprises several programs (like blast-o-matic) to give you traffic.
MEGA Traffic also is a traffic generator.
In both programs, advertise the other's url in each program. You can pick one item or many individual items and create campaigns for each item.
Advertising is limitless.
