Well others by watching cannot do exactly what another do, because everything around them are different from the other but what they can do is watch and learn then implement what is being shown into how it  can best fit them.
That is  why Aaron and myself teach others how to do it,
 Bottom line is folks ya all have to actually work.
Networking is a job,I work hard and very long hours because I choose to.The more I work The more I prosper.
I love working from home.But if I did not work hard I can not stay home.So I actually work at home.I can still come and go as I please but I  do have to work.

Your points are very valid. I would like to say something about tone. When people are sending out emails, especially as they are learning and following word for word what someone is telling them to do-they seem to forget to look at what they get sent to them and what kind of response those headlines bring out.

For example- I rarely open anything that claims to have the answers to "my" problems
or is the answer to my prayers
or will for absoulutely witout a doubt help me to do something.

Presumptious emails are a big turn-off to me.----I delete it.

I also won't open anything where 12 different people are using the same subject line-why bother-who would open mine?----I delete it.

If someone offers to pay my way into a program-don't I have to then make that offer to MILLIONS OF PEOPLE? Suppose I am a good marketer and they all accept?----I delete it.

If it feels like someone is yelling at me or treating me like a child-GO TO YOUR ROOM! STAND IN THE CORNER!-----I delete it.

Remember, your reader needs to want to find out your message.

Great point on urging people to get the ball rolling.  People should not treat this as a hobby if they desire a full-time income.  There are too many unprofessionals littering up the inet as it is with there amateur-looking websites and all.
