Hello my friends,
Here is some information on building down lines.
It is a concept you need to adapt to.It is a way of thinking.
If you work as a team you will succeed.
Change your thinking patterns, you can choose to do or be or have what ever you want.
Ok lets try this:
1. You just joined a company
2. you need to advertise it
3. Tell everyone you know
4.get business cards made,leave them where ever you go.
5. make phone calls, look in your phone book at targeted areas for what your product is.
6. become familiar with the companies you are targeting
7, start careing and sharing what you do and have
8.advertise your presence, let everyone know you
9. go to trade shows, fairs, craft shows
10. do fundraising
11. ok you have now found afew people to be in your downline.
you become now there teacher.
you help them to get established.
you help get them there people. you all now become team leaders helping each other
everyone is helping the other person you all become successful
It is called a chain of events.
If you are not making money or progress with your product or business you are not networking properly.
or your marketing techniques need to be reevaluated.
You are not taking the time to build friendships and good repore with the people surrounding your network.
all your doing is trying to promote sales and this in itself is not the proper way to build a solid foundation for a business.
You must face this reality, if you do not expose yourself to others first you will not have a successful business.
Your downlines will not help you get sales unless you all are after the same goal, you must work to build each persons downline together one person at a time,it can be done Aaron Martirano and myself Kathy Hamilton are living proof and we are trying to set an example for you to follow, Many have seen and watched AAron Martirano and Myself Kathy Hamilton do this.They have followed us and watched how we have become a TEAM OF ONE AND MOVE VERY QUICKLY UP THE LADDER FAST.
In closing if you treat your business like a hobby that is all it will ever amount to.
If you work at it as a job you will succeed.
