I thought I would be able to come up with some brilliant commentary to
add to this post; but with the excitement Luella has been spreading out
over the cyberwaves-I couldn't help it-when the announcement came this
morning I found myself tingeling with excitement and mesmerised reading
the birthday newsletter!
First to have such a distinguished looking gentleman as the rock on which this wonder (TC4Women) is built it perfect. John,
in my minds eye you are elegantly attired in velvet, sitting gracefull
astride your steed, guarding the land of "This is really possible".
You can just see the wisdom and compassion in his face, you just know
you can go ask him anything and he will know the answers. It is a face
that does not just talk to be saying something but saves his words to
crank out inspiration and to bring out the best in others.
Luella-you would not ever have to
do a thing but stand there and smile and the world would bow down at
your feet and sing your praises.
I am so grateful that you had the courage to first of all survive your
challenges and never stop moving forward, teaching your children to see
the best in people and in the world of opportunity and possiblities
that lay ahead for them if they chose to follow.
You, my friend, are a lighthouse beacon standing gracefully on
the shore of "I DID IT" lighting the way for the weary, beat up,
emotionally battered; anyone who has not yet given up hope that they
will survive. You are brightly shining out to light the darkness
for others to find their way.
I have to just pinch myself every time I see anything from either of
you-these people can't possibly be friends of little ole me!
But you both are and I love you both.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
