Hi Don,

I've been there, when it seemed a lot like work, but with a change of mind it's become more like fun, and less like work.
I know it can be difficult keeping up with all the posts and such, and really it's not a requirement that we answer all posts.
It's all about balance, finding time to complete the business tasks, keeping up with family matters (and I have lots of those with 4 kids and a wife who's also in marketing) my day job, and part of that balance has to bethings for me too. Reading and listening to people like Jim are part of my balance.

Thanks for joining us here for a bit of balance.
