    You are so right about the POTW. It is not about being elite, it is about being a part of community of friends who care about each other, not only in business but in our personal lives also.

   We are like a big extended family. We squabble, we make up, we laugh and we cry, we help each other when someone is in need. That is what friendship and family is all about.

  I am proud to be a member of this community, and a past POTW. It does give you a warm fuzzy feeling when you get nominated. LOL

   I hope everyone goes and votes for POTW, because that is what friends do for friends.
