Sorry to hear the news about your friends nasty experience with a PC Virus. I have experienced a couple now and it is so annoying and disruptive particularly if you rely on the PC for work etc.
This has been around for quite a while according to my good friend Arthur so it may be still doing the rounds or a hoax. Either way we need to stay alert when opening messages.
