Thanks to everyone who replied. Your friendships are the reason I haven't just abandoned Adland altogether, as I feel quite a bit of guilt about my extended absence from the community. Thanks especially to Gary for the heads up about the reply I had to delete. I wonder what part of 'no advertising' that individual didn't understand? Good to see you all, and thanks for reminding me that I really do need to take time for something other than real estate. Although, I'm very excited about the house we're in the process of buying now. It will be on the market for sale or lease with option as soon as we update the kitchen. Anyone want to be my neighbor in Sandy, UT? lol Cheri

Cheri, So glad to see you. I was just asking about your whereabouts Sunday. You are not alone for the action that was taken on your forum. There is a group of people who are doing this as a regular venture. They find an inactivie member, post ads daily on that forum and others. They think they are advertising for free. Guess what they could make a forum of their own but they don't know that.
