Hello My Friends,
Well, I have the latest news about Dr. King and how he is doing!! I spoke to Dr King this evening and I am very happy to report that Dr King is doing a little bit better...Thank God!!
Dr King is going to the Orthopedic Specialist tomorrow and is going to try to be seen at that time for his fractured neck. Hopefully we will have some idea what they are going to do with his neck at that time.
Dr King had the stitches taken out of his eyelid, but the eyelid is still very badly damaged, and he cannot open his eye up much plus his vision is blurry! He will probably need to see a plastic surgeon or an eye doctor to see what they can do to repair the eyelid. Let's keep praying about his eye please and his neck!
Dr King says the headaches are getting a little bit better, and that the worse pain he has is in his ribs and chest due to the contusions there! He is having a very bad time with that. The doctor's told him it would be months before he the contusions would heal, and that he also has very badly bruised bones. This is going to be the slowest part of his healing process more than likely.
Dr King is going to try to return to work on Wednesday, but since he is driving for a living right now he plans on taking someone with him. He wants to try and see if he can make it as long as someone is there with him to make sure he doesn't get dizzy and can not drive anymore.
Please keep Dr King in your thoughts and prayers still as he has a lot of recovery still to go! I just pray he is not pushing himself to return to work before his body is ready to do so! God watch over him please!
