8. What were my biggest challenges, roadblocks or difficulties?

Taking on a new job is always stressful, not having enough money to deal with advertising is usually a major roadblock, and sometimes difficulties in dealing with foreign languages is never easy!

9. How am I different this year than last?

This year, with the help of Christ, I will be more diplomatic with my relations, be more forgiving, more helpful, and be more giving!

10. For what am I particularly grateful?

I am grateful to my Adland Friends for their love and their support. This is a great community where one can share ideas, business opportunities, and what ever else comes along!

I am grateful for good health.

I am greatful for religious freedom.

I am greatful for the sacrifice that Christ made for me, and for the opportunity I have to share salvation with others.

I am greatful for my Godly parents who have set a perfect example.

I am greatful to my family who has supported me when I needed it.

Hi James, thank you for the invite here, well this I know I have grown as a person and am better than what I was the previous year...and will continue to probably grow, learing from my mistakes and all !!! OK heres one for you...... imagine you are 100 yrs old.. and the press are interviewing you...they ask you the same 10 questions..... make a list.
