1. As soon as possible,
cleanse your body to get rid of built up toxins like heavy metals and

6. Avoid refined sugar to the

8. The final key to is mental attitude. Remove as much stress from your
life as you can and believe that you are going to win. Stress and worry
accomplish nothing – worse, they are actually allies of illness and disease.
