With generic stores like these, creative marketing will play a big difference between sales and no sales.
Let's take an example, around my neighbourhood, there are two seven-eleven stores. One is always crowded and making sales , while the other one is half empty. Store-wise, Inventory-wise, price-wise is the same. Their location is also not issue. They are on a busy street across one and another.
So the question is why one makes money and the other didnt.
I think you may want to think of some creative marketing gimmicks to attract sales.
