Greetings Bogdan, and to all my friends at my favorite place to be, AdLandPro community.
Today's quote is a great one Bogdan, not sure where you keep coming up with them but keep at.
You must have long-term goals to keep you from being frustrated by short-term failures.
In today's world along with the Internet it seems that we are becoming a society that is extremely based along the lines of Instant Gratification, that we so often base our short term goals the same way. When we do this (and most will fail in the short term), we have a tendency to get frustrated and lose sight of the True Big Picture. For True success is very rarely reached through this method, (ie; get rich overnight pipe dreams, etc.). To obtain success is a long road that takes long range planning. A great example I can use is AdLandPro. You can join free, spend a couple of day building your friendship list, make a few post,,, but what then,, You see to develop the success you want you must take the time and effort to build trust, nurture friendships, and prove yourself. If you do this, I promise you, word gets around and you'll all of sudden find people seeking you out to hear your opinions, recommendations and so on.
Do you see what I mean?
When you try and base your goals only on the quick buck, you may get lucky and make a couple, but that's about it. So my advice is make a POA (plan of action) first set down some long range goals so you see the whole picture, now make some shorter range goals based on the baby steps you need to take to achieve those long range goals. Make sure to keep this list handy so if a short goal doesn't pan out, you can reread your long range goals and keep the BIG PICTURE clear in your mind.
Wishes everyone here the Greatest of Successes, and of course Happy Smiles,
Dr Bob
