One of my personal favorite forms of mediation is biofeedback. Biofeedback is done either with a therapist trained in biofeedback, or you may buy CD's/tapes from any site like Amazon.com. You may type "Relaxation CD's" into your browser and find many sites that sell them, or any local store that sells CD's, tapes, etc usually carry them as well!

Biofeedback professionals talk in a very monotone, slow and relaxing voice. The person talks about different parts of your body and how to get it to relax, and also takes you on a mindseye journey to a favorite place that you like to go to relax. I always use to fall asleep in the reclining chair before they would even get through the whole session! Don't worry if you fall asleep during any relaxation CD's that you listen to because it is actually better that way! The reason for that is the subconscious mind is better able to retain it all! So, listening to it to fall asleep at night is actually the best time to listen to the CD's!

Thank you for another great posting.

I use this technique every day of the week with clients with great success.

May I suggest that folks use a hypnotherapist with NLP training because the difference is that a well trained NLP practitioner will learn somebodies strategies and speech patterns before attempting to guide to relaxation/meditation etc which, in tiurn means that, the pratitioner speaks on the clients wavelength and not on his/her own
