I never thought of myself as a leader, but I have been in leadership
roles throughout my life. This is a good quote. There is no
higher aspiration than to use our time and resorces to inspire
our fellow man.

Inspiration is much better than motivation. Motovation works for
a short period of time and then loses its momentum. If you
Inspire someone, it can last for a lifetime.
