Hello Marilyn,
Thank you for this forum. Up to two years ago, I connected home as a place that my parents and siblings all lived together before they moved out on their own. I had heard from one of my sisters that the house was torn down. I became very depressed over this news. Then one Sunday, our pastor's message to us was titled "Home is where the heart is." He said his mother-in law had a saying that made a great deal of since to him, "You grow where you are planted." I really thought about it and it made since to me to. That was my childhood home and I would always have those memories. Now it was time for me to move on and truly make a happy home for myself and my own family.
