Let me introduce the most awesome group of team mates anyone could ever have! Not only are they my very good friends, but I also have the pleasure of working with them to bring this forum to all of you, each and every week;

and myself;

Here are the qualifications that will be used in the selection of each honoree. People that are selected will be recognized based on:

1. Acts of kindness that they show to their fellow man.

2. Must be willing to help others, and treat people in a kindly manner.

3. Have a good-hearted nature, and shows it through all that they do.

4. Must be a positive role model, and set a good example

5. Must be professional, avoids negativity, and promotes success through faith and hard work

So, if you know of anyone here at AdlandPro that are not necessarily "high profile" people per say, and that don't get the recognition that they deserve, let us know. The meaning of the name GEORGE;

The name George comes from the Greek name Γεώργιος (Georgios) which was derived from the Greek word 'γεωργός' (georgos) meaning "farmer, earthworker", itself derived from the elements [Γαία,γη (Gaea,ge),"earth" + είργω, οργέω, έργον (eirgo, orgeo, ergon) "work"].

Here is GEORGE'S bio;

Hi Marilyn,

I,m very honored to be picked out and asked to do a Bio.

I was born and raised in Switzerland in 1947

In a very Happy Family of seven I'm the second oldest.

Completed High school then did a Apprenticeship in Dairy- Tech.

At age 19 got called up to do the normal military training in the World Famous

Scouts, the Swiss Army . ( I still got my Knife ) Soon after I got the urge to see the World and started my Travels, first England (without any knowledge of the Language) through India, Asia

and the Philippines , were I ran out of money and no good reason to go back to Switzerland , Australia was the Land of opportunity where I landed in Sydney 1968

Did all sorts of odd jobs Car washing , Brickie laboring on my way north to Cairns , back down the coast, across to Victoria ending up in South Aussie working and saving enough money to head West across the Nullarbor to seek my fortune in the Mining game. Fell in love got married to a lovely Tschech Girl that escaped the Russian Invasion .Along came Tanja our lovely Daughter .

Still doing odd Jobs Truck driving , operating Earthmoving Equipment in the Iron ore mines . In 74 we decided to return to Switzerland my wife missed her Family too much.

Then organized a visit to Tschech when my Wife and Tanja got snapped up by the Authorities and I was refused entry.

After a lot of Legal back and forth we got divorced on Political grounds. During the process of me trying to get my Life back together (after a lot of Booze) I met Beatrice, the love of my life. Returned back to Australia back into Mining and worked my way up the so called Corporate Ladder with the big Multinationals, on the Operation Management and Large Bulk Shipping side of things. In 199o I had the Biggest Gift In my life returned to me. I picked up my Daughter Tanja at the Airport. After more than 15Years of not seeing her, expecting to see my little Girl, there stood this tall beautiful Woman I realized there is a God after all. Im blessed with two truly lovely Soul Mates Beatrice and Tanja.

We got a bit sick of living in so called remote areas, with all the Fishing, Diving and Martial Arts even so I really loved Coaching the kids.

We found a General store up for Auction on Kangaroo Island. We went, looked, put our hand up and before we knew; MeanBea and the Bank were the proud owners of a General Store. 4 years later, a lot of hard work and becoming really good friends with lot of our Customers it was time for a change and a holiday.

Traveling around for twelve month was great but very hard on the Purse strings so we looked for another challenge. Found it In a Dry Cleaning Business that needed a lot of TLC on the outskirts of Perth. We totally renovated and refurbished the Business, after two years it became boring. When Tanja asked Dad, can I have some Money to buy a Macadamia farm? We came; we looked and liked it so much that we bought it there and then. Here we go again, pack up and move across the Continent. That was 4Years ago, but now we think we finally settled down. Making our Home made Macadamia –Chocolates to supplement our income. No I can pursue a Passion we never really had the time for, INTERNET what a learning Curve?///??? That’s were I stumbled into a Conference, some how through the back Door and got asked by DR David King how I got in here? Its still a Q mark. I got involved, accepted and now a very proud Partner of the WOSAT TEAM and into Adland , were we already made some great new friends.

My motto, I got from Ernie Dingo many years ago :: If you never ever Go you will never ever Know. 

I,m really blessed with all the opportunities I have had so far and know many more lay ahead , where we can help and share with likeminded People , you are a great Bunch
