Eisenhower was definitely on the money.  Without integrity, one cannot expect, nor do they deserve, the respect or trust of those whom they are trying to lead and train.  Unless they trust you, they will never be able to learn from you.

Wow, Dwight nailed this one!  I don't see how anyone can live with themselves without integrity, but I'm old fashioned and this is 2006.  Without integrity any success  experienced will only be temporary. And I firmly believe that.

Both of the quotes here are so very true.  Many play only to win and that shows up in sports today.  I often think of what could be done with the money wasted on weapons for wars.
