Does anyone have trouble logging in to Adlandpro?
11/28/2006 2:43:04 PM

Hi everyone,

For the last few weeks I have noticed that often I cannot log in to my account at Adlandpro.  I enter my user name and password as always and the pasword fails, even though I know it is correct and all lower case.

Just now I tried 10 times and finally closed the website and came back a different way before I could finally log in.

Anyone else having this issue with logging in?

Thanks a bunch!

I do have login problems from time to time, too, Linda. Sometimes it lasts for an hour or more.

Hello Linda,

Sometimes I also have difficulties to get on to Adland; and either I get the error message and some script, or the recomandation to use a mirror site or what.

Hope this is just accidental and not more.

Wish you the best,
Anamaria

Hi Linda,

If you have this kind of problem, this can be related to following issues.

1. You might have a software on your computer like MacAfee or Norton which is configured to block cookies (they are required to maintain your login state-for security) You need to either ensure that cookies are not blocked at all or that cookies are allowed from our site.

2. You might have corrupted cookie file on your computer.
Try following if you use IE. Click Tools-->Internet Options and then Delete Cookies. You might also want to delete cached files by clicking  "Delete Files"

Restart the browser or even windows after this.

If you have updated any of the software recently, this might have changed your security settings. Check also your security settings in IE and set it to default.
