Hi Georgios, Indians in Ohio either blended into the communities and stayed or were sadly removed to reservations in the West. We have no Indians communities left in Ohio. Where I lived was the home of the Shawnee Indians. There are two groups of Shawnee, those who stayed here and those who were sent to Oaklahoma. Treaties with the Indians never seemed to last too long. Rich farm land and Oil made it tempting for the white man to snatch away Indian Lands. In Ohio we do have some Greek names. I think of Delphos, small town just 10 min. from here, Athens where we have Ohio University (not Ohio State) Then there is my little town of Pandora, named for one of your myths. There is a little cemetery named Mars Hill. So yes, Ohio has been influenced by the Greek culture.

Hi Deborah, You are indeed our neighbor as we share similar topography on on eastern side. It was people from Pa. who first came to Ohio via your great rivers to our Ohio River. Salute to Pa. may be coming soon.
