I sent the following ticket in
What is the minimum age to join the program and can more than one person per houshold join in fact.
If so how do they get around the ip problem.
I know there is an ip problem because I am trying to get someone signed up and they keep getting the message that the ip is already registered yet no one from that household has signed up.
He must be getting the message because ip addresses are not fixed in most cases but are dynamic.
I know my ip address changes several times a day.
This is the reply.
As for all businesses, the minimum age is 18. But only one account per
household is allowed - thats the reason for the IP protection and not a
"Problem" but to avoid multiple sign ups which would be unfair for
paying advertisers and all other members.
