Hi Everyone,
You may or may not have noticed that I haven't been very active in the forums lately. The reason for this is that I haven't felt well for the past several months. During much of that time, I only worked on projects that were absolutely necessary.
Last month I was diagnosed with lung cancer and have been spending all of my time since then undergoing one test or another, visiting one specialist or another. It's been a busy, difficult time. Finally, next week I start receiving chemotherapy.
I've made the decision to take a hiatus from Internet marketing for the time being, and have chosen to spend the majority of my time with my family.
Those of you who know me at all well, know that I don't believe in giving up. I intend to fight this battle with all that I have. I'm in good spirits, if maybe a bit apprehensive about chemo. I think we always fear the unknown to some extent. However, I've met the chemo staff and I believe I'll feel safe in their hands. My oncologist is wonderful and I trust her totally.
I have loads of support from my family and friends and, for that, I'm extremely grateful. Even with this disease, I feel very blessed and have so much to be thankful for.
I've suspended publication of my ezine, "All the Write Stuff", for now but I hope to get it going again at some time in the future. In the meantime, I've started a blog which serves three purposes:
* Allows me to share my thoughts and feelings.
* Will keep my online friends informed of my progress.
* Will, hopefully, help other cancer patients ~ if only to show them they aren't alone.
My blog will not be a gloom and doom kind of thing. While some entries may be a bit emotional, there will also be funny stories and inspirational messages. If you're interested in reading it, you can find it at:

All of you are welcome.
For now, I'd like to thank you for helping to make my experience at Adland Pro such a satisfying and enjoyable one. I hope all of you find the success you're looking for and that you make it a habit to notice the tiny miracles that surround all of us every single day. I'm honored to be included in your circle of friends here at Adland.
The very best to each of you . . .
Warmest wishes,
Linda O
