Imagination is a kind of knowledge,,isn't?
When we try to know the future, which is what we do when we imagine something, we try to have knowledge of things not yet known.
Some of us, I do it sometimes, IMAGINE THE WORST POSSIBLE OUTCOME.
We scare ourselves silly and usually the "bad thing" we thought would happen, didn't!
So, yes, in a sense, imagination is more important that knowledge, because it can help color how we see our future which will soon become our "knowledge".
No matter how bad things are, imagine it being better and work to make it so.
