Fast Track is a proven way to grow your Melaleuca business!
Fast Track is a fun, action-packed series of weekly meetings that focus on correct business activities. It's a time when business builders get together in teams, learn productive activities, practice their skills and set goals. They share a competitive spirit as they work toward their goals and report back their results the next week. Fast Track is a time to learn while celebrating accomplishments and having fun.
Most of all, Fast Track followed with effective business-building activities creates real business growth.
Fast Track is a process that focuses on four essential activities: assessing your business and setting goals, creating an action plan, implementing your plan, reporting results and celebrating.
It is in the actual doing that success is achieved. Each week, participants determine what they need to do to grow their business and what daily activities they will do in order to reach their goals. When they come back the next week they verify that they kept their commitment to their team and reached their goals. In this manner Fast Track can really produce results!
There are several different ways to hold Fast Track - from small local events with a few participants, to larger meetings where participants meet together in a central location then join with other teams over the phone. Fast Track is designed to run four to six consecutive weeks (at your option). Each format will teach and promote activities that help your business grow.
Fast Track should not be treated as "just another meeting."
Fast Track is a process that promotes goal setting and accomplishments. Participation in Fast Track should be ongoing. Once the last week is concluded, participants should be encouraged to attend another Fast Track. They should also invite their new enrollees who have committed to reach Director to join them in the next Fast Track. By always being involved in a Fast Track, business-builders keep the momentum going and create businesses to last a lifetime!
