If a group of us Adults were sitting around in a large living room discussing several topics, and one or two of the guest used four letter words to describe what they were taking about or telling dirty jokes, leaving nothing out, I would feel both embarresed as well as shame. If it were my house, I would like all to respect my wishes and refrain from the usage of words that are intended to shock others. Although I did attend a recent forum of that nature, I did not like the title. As I read through the responses I noticed that others felt it was alright to go beyond the limits and other unsavory and demeaning words were brought up as well, without the use of the astericks. If there is no way of getting around using certain words, at least have the decency to use an asterick or two so that the whole community does not have to be exposed to it. How far is too far? Dag Nabbit, I don't know. There are always words that can be substituted and sometimes become comical. As an example, there was a song that came out either last year or the year before, that I loved than and still do. "Some Beach, Somewhere." There are always ways to relate a story without insulting your guests. This is a good article. Thank You.
God Bless You
Mike
