Everything you've said is true.  But we live in a real world with real people.  As much as I hate to say it, this is not Utopia.  Some minority of people WILL be inconsiderate and WILL say or post inappropriate things.

This is why, on my blogs, etc., I feel that I have a duty to my readership to prevent such bad behavior.  This is why as a matter of duty, I moderate my blogs.  This is just one of the less than happy things that goes with the task of being a forum or blog owner.

I appreciate your post more because you make an effort to communicate in a language that is not your own first language.  I have a tremendous respect for people like yourself and it does not matter whether the words are pretty or not... the point is that you are here ....

... and yes, people will always have different opinions, you are right some people sell themselves out and there is always a negative side for every positive one but what I am trying to say in this post is that ...

... even when there is a negative side to be told ... there is a time and a way to express it ... not with hate ... not with disrespect to another member, not with prejudice or judgementalism ... and not when your business depends on it.

These are the points I am asking people to think about and remember.  There is enough hatred, prejudism and suffering in the world without us bringing it into our community or into our professional world.

Hi Venerina, How are you? So great to have you back at AdlandPro again. Your thread is amazing and I suggest that Bogdan and Michael make it mandatory reading for all new members. As mentioned by other respondants, we live in an imperfect world with variations in personality, education/training background, knowledge, and yes, ethics - business and otherwise. Some people just believe in plowing ahead with their agenda without regard for others' perspectives or feelings. In the end, we all get what we deserve. So, I am confident that people who go aboout their lives in an honourable manner will reap the rewards of their toil.
