Great bio.  I always enjoy reading your posts and your bio was no exception, I admire the fact that you didn't stick to the "norm" well done.

Congratulations on winning this week, certainly overdue, you earned and deserve it.

I've always thought that people who are too normal are hiding something!  Giving people what they expect or what they've always gotten is sometimes more difficult than giving them something different.

I don't of any really successful people who just sat back and hoped it would happen, we have to work at it everyday and have a plan and stick to it.  The world is full of enjoyable distractions that we don't recognize as being distractions, and those things pull us away from working toward our goals.
