Hi Dale,

www.topbiztoday.com is my domain name, I have an 11-page website.  If you got an ad thru Yahoo groups, that was probably one of my ads, I belong to 100's of ad groups.

Thanks for the information Kathleen, I started to read the site but there is so much material that I will have to go back later when I have more time.

Hello Kathleen,

A quick question for anyone that knows.

To become a top poster is all you need to do is reply to posts in forums with a thank you for the information reply?

I have noticed that a lot of folks with the TOP ___ whatever post a lot of one line thank you for the info posts.  Just curious what the ground rules are on gaining Top Poster status.

May Wisdom and the knowledge you gained go with you,

Hi Jim,

A lot of the top posters have very active forums, such as Georgios, Marilyn, Kathy M, and Lisa (LeeLu) Westberry.  There are probably also a few who just say "Thanks and have a nice day".  I have a very active forum called TRIPLE WHAMMY that features a famous person every day, if you haven't been there, you can click my profile forums tab.

There aren't any rules about getting to the top of becoming a top poster, but other people do notice those who are just saying a few words, so it's better to actually write several sentences about the forum subject and it's also good for our brains to think of more stuff to say.

I had to say thanks to all the people who posted at my POTW forum this week, if I didn't that would have been rude.  There were several pages I had to respond to there within the past 48 hours and it took me a good part of the past 2 days so I hope you weren't commenting on that because some of my replies there probably were a little brief.
