Hi Marilyn,

Thanks for the reminder.  If we set realistic short term goals, baby steps, if you will, and achieve those goals, our confidence will grow consistently.  As our confidence grows, we find our "comfort level" and although it doesn't really get any easier, it sure does seem to be.

If I can Highlight one main point in what you said

"Make sure that they are realistic expectations. And, most importantly, make sure that they are your own."

I always have a "game plan" session with all of my associates and will always assist them with setting their Goals, both short term and long term.  However, the end result must be theirs, not mine, nor my upline's, but theirs alone.  Otherwise, they are setting themselves up for defeat and I will lose more than I will keep, and more importantly, they will lose so much more.

Thanks Again For Sharing,

Phil Black

Hi Marilyn,

Expectations are a blessing.  After all, Heaven would not be Heaven without our expectations.

I am just being whimsical, ignore me.

Thank you, my friend.

Your Good Friend

Thank You Marilyn, no one does not wake up feeling confident in one self, unless you have a purpose to which it is driven to! Like raising a family, and having the responsible tools to your life to become a better person and so you must some kind of drive in you, well that drive is called Love. I was forgiven for my sins out of Love when Jesus came to defend my life and so in return i devoted my life to Him, by being baptized to show good faith! in return i recieved His spirit within me. But not all of us hear that same calling though, we do however all inhareit the Love for our fellow man and we make every effort in showing that, love is the key to make the world turnaround in one's favor! one more thing, if you dont expect anything in return for your good deeds than you know your doing something right, and then, things just start happening!! http://www.organizednetworkteam.com/tmobil8 http://community.adlandpro.com/go/tmobil8/mywebpage.aspx http://www.worldprofitassociates.com/default.cfm?id=102797

Hello Marilyn,
How true And something I have to constantly remind myself of. To many times I have set my sights to high and came in for a crash landing. Forgiving yourself is not so easy.
Blessings,
Mary

Hi JB,

I know very little about adwords, but if your opportunities are good and your ads work, you might try Search Big Daddy instead, where you can pay for your ads with pay per click money.
