Hi Venerina, This is a most intriguing concept, and makes much more sense than most standard practices. The idea that everyone should thrive on exactly the same foods is a long-outdated concept that needs to be rewritten. The principles you have shared here make far more sense. These ideas also apply to the daily supplements that people use. So many who are marketing supplements like to tell everyone that they're the latest, greatest, most amazing, cure-alls ever invented. However, the fact is that no matter HOW good something is, it's going to bring different results in different bodies. What does wonders in one body may do absolutely nothing that's noticeable in another. Thank you once again for sharing this valuable information. God bless, Dave
