Since Nick hasn't (yet) answered your question, Luella May and Oaky Wood, I'm going to blunder in. No, not really to answer the question, but to make a few observations. Some of the master painters pictured Adam and Eve with bellybuttons. Did they have any special insight? I don't think so. My guess is that the painters A. couldn't stand to paint a smooth, abnormal-looking abdomen, B. believed that God created Adam and Eve so they would not look differently from their descendants, C. Both of these, D. None of these. [A (D) answer sometimes messes up the "multiple guessers." My feeling is that it knocks out one possible choice. I will occasionally watch portions of the Who Wants to be a Millionairre show. From my very limited viewing, I would give the following advice to any contestant. If you reach a point where you say, "I'll go with 50-50," do not say, "It's either X or Y." Supposedly, the computer randomly selects the two possibilities. Have you noticed that too frequently, the X and Y the contestant calls out both get selected? I have this impression; however, if I had watched 20 or 30 shows in sequence, I might think differently.]
Nick, I apologize for jumping in on this question. And I noticed that I have rambled. I will blame the medications that I am taking for an upper respiratory infection and sinusitis. Also, the fever hasn't helped. The fever has broken, so I will pull out and return to normal (whatever that is).
